WHO AM I?
I caught the travel bug at a young age, and have looked forward ever since. I’ve always had a passion for travel; I love the idea of touring the world, seeing incredible sites, and learning as much as I could about them. In 2007, I founded The Land Over Tours in the hopes of inspiring others to be curious about the world.
As a dedicated and passionate Eco Tour Guide, I excel at helping you plan your perfect vacation. Not just any vacation, but truly exceptional trips filled with inspiring and life-enriching experiences. I believe in seeing the world in the most unique way possible, and I want to share my knowledge and passion for travel and tourism with all of those whom I guide.

A highlight of our Costa Rica trip was our guided tours with Fred. We had 2 awesome days touring a chocolate farm, snorkeling, nature reserves and going to an amazing water fall. Fred had delicious beach coconuts and fresh fruit for us to enjoy while on our tours.

Hola! First off Fred is beyond amazing and makes this tour the one you want to be on!!! We went to Cahuita National Park with him. His understanding and love and passion for nature increases the positive experience of your trip no matter where you go with him. With the help of his trusty green spot light we were able to find 8 sloths, an iguana 🦎, a snake 🐍, monkeys 🐒 and more. He teaches you so much about what is around you and will amaze you more than a few times. His easy going nature and friendly attitude will make you feel like you’ve been friends forever. Fred is simply the best. We spent the day with him and his beautiful baby, the Land Rover. Booking the tour with him was the best decision we could make. We went to the waterfalls with him and his company, knowledge, fun stories and deeply good spirit made the day so much more fruitful. Fred can basically take care of everything while you are in and around Puerto Viejo, he seems to know everybody and is full of tips and secrets about the place and its people. And although we just spent one day with him, we don't refer to him as our guide but as our friend. Thanks again for the perfect day, we enjoyed every second of it.
